Job Description
Looking for an HR Generalist having a minimum of 2yrs of experience with good knowledge of corporate human resource policies and up-to-date with compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state employment law and compliance requirements.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding company policies.
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors like labour law consultants and POSH lawyer
- Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
- Working on plans & proposals with the management.
- Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
Skills Requirement
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR Generalist
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
- Understanding of state employment regulations
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- EPF , ESI , Bonus , Gratuity , Statutory Compliance knowledge
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
