Job Title: Unit HR

Location: Tondiarpet

Experience: 5+ years (hospital experience preferred)

Qualification: MBA in HR /Any degree with HR specialization

Job Description:

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

· Manage the complete recruitment within the unit.

· Respond promptly to employee grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment within the unit.

· Facilitate staff training sessions, coordinate performance appraisals, and assist in professional development initiatives.

· Collaborate closely with department heads to implement HR policies, ensure labour law compliance, and support organizational objectives.

· Ensure seamless onboarding processes with comprehensive induction and keep records for new hires.

· Provide regular, clear HR reports and insights to unit leadership and senior HR management to inform strategic decision-making.

· Communicate daily updates on grievances and unit activities to reporting HR personnel.

· Maintain strong working relationships with all department heads to ensure smooth and efficient unit operations.

· Take overall responsibility for all HR functions within the unit, driving compliance, engagement, and operational excellence.
