Job Summary

NHS Medical Fitness Center is looking for a professional and experienced HR Officer / HR Executive with a strong healthcare background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HR operations in healthcare facilities and be familiar with DHA regulations and healthcare staff requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in healthcare sector
• Experience in medical centers, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities
• Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare licensing process
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee relations
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English speaking is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and staff affairs
• Handle recruitment and onboarding process
• Monitor staff licenses, visa, Emirates ID, BLS, and document expiry
• Prepare HR letters, reports, warnings, and official communications
• Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and company policies

Preferred Candidate

• Healthcare background is mandatory
• Immediate joiners are preferred
