HR Executive (IT Background- Female only)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at Shreeji Software.
This role is ideal for Intern, Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience, especially those interested in building a career in Human Resources with in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Handle job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Conduct onboarding and joining formalities; maintain employee records.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Support payroll processing and performance management.
• Assist with employee engagement and office culture activities.

Required / Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (IT background preferred).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of IT roles (Developer, Designer, Tester, etc.) — mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
