Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to build and manage human resources functions. This role will ensure timely hiring, policy implementation, and compliance, while also fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Identify manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads, design and post job advertisements, screen applications, schedule interviews, and oversee the onboarding process.

  • Policy Documentation & Enforcement: Draft and implement HR policies related to attendance, leave, performance management, workplace behavior, and code of conduct, ensuring clear communication and adherence.

  • Compliance & Legal Requirements: Maintain compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, and other labor laws; handle associated documentation and audits.

  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Plan employee engagement activities, conduct feedback sessions, and act as a mediator for employee grievances or conflicts to promote a positive work environment.

  • Record Keeping & Attendance Management: Maintain accurate employee records such as personal files, attendance registers, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (manufacturing or engineering sector preferred).

  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR software.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
