Job Description: HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Location: Delhi

Reporting To: Head HR

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding formalities.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain healthy workplace relations.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and provide data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement support.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Track employee performance and support appraisal processes.

General Administration Support

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
  • Assist in audits and other HR-related documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
