About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, payroll, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and maintain a positive, people-centric work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance and leave records accurately.
  • Support monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance.
  • Handle PF activities and liaise with compliance consultants.
  • Maintain employee master data for new joiners and exits.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances with professionalism.
  • Oversee SIM card management and vendor coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist profile.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
