About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. This is a dual-role position with a 50% focus on recruitment and 50% on HR operations, suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT environment and enjoys both people management and process ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
- Maintain a talent database and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
HR Generalist (50%)
- Manage employee lifecycle activities — onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly disbursement.
- Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review coordination.
- Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR (recruitment + generalist).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT/Tech recruitment is highly preferred.
- Exposure to HR analytics, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
