About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive who can handle both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. This is a dual-role position with a 50% focus on recruitment and 50% on HR operations, suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic IT environment and enjoys both people management and process ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
  • Maintain a talent database and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.

HR Generalist (50%)

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities — onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly disbursement.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review coordination.
  • Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR (recruitment + generalist).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT/Tech recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to HR analytics, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance will be an added advantage.
