HR Executive (Recruitment)

• End-to-end recruitment for various departments including Mall Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire); Mall Non-Technical (Customer Care, Security, Hygiene, Facilities, Accounts); Construction (for Mall and Construction Industry), Marketing (for Mall), and Leasing teams.
• Identify staffing needs and collaborate with department heads to define job requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and post Job ads in Newspaper.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job postings, shortlisting, coordination, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Collaborate with recruiting agencies for specified hiring requirements or niche roles.
• Support onboarding and induction.
• Assist in general HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
