HR Executive (Recruitment)

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business functions
• Good technical understanding of recruitment portals
• Strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions and TAT
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc)
• Other assignments related to talent acquisition

Requirements

• Proven experience into talent acquisition
• Experience in recruiting & sourcing
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
