HR Executive - Recruitment

Language Known : Tamil, Malayalam English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada

Managing the full hiring cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring), creating job descriptions, implementing recruitment strategies, onboarding new hires, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring legal compliance, collaborating with managers on staffing needs, and contributing to a positive company culture. Key duties also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, performance reviews, and workforce development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate smooth integration of new employees, including paperwork and introductions.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster open communication.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain employee records, track recruitment metrics, and generate HR reports.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Work with management to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in HR software.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
