Job Description – HR Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage both recruitment and HR operations. The role will focus primarily on talent acquisition (70%), with an emphasis on sourcing senior level sales executives through LinkedIn, while also handling HR operations (30%) for a workforce of approximately 50 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract senior-level sales executives.
  • Create and manage engaging LinkedIn job posts aligned with employer branding.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure quality hires.
  • Co-ordinate regularly with different job consultants to close the requirements. HR Operations(30%)
  • Oversee day-to-day HR activities for a headcount of ~50 employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and performance tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
