Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment (80%) and support HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing basic HR processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment (80%)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements
  • Communicate offers, follow-ups, and joining formalities
  • Maintain candidate records and documentation

B. HR Operations (20%)

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Assist in HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.)
  • Coordinate with payroll team for attendance and employee data
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR files

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR tools/portals
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment-focused role preferred)
  • Experience in bulk and lateral hiring will be an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of positions closed within TAT
  • Quality of shortlisted candidates
  • Recruitment MIS accuracy
  • Smooth onboarding and HR operations support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
  • HR generalist: 2 years (Required)
