Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Recruitment & Selection) to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resume hunting, screening, interviewing, and fulfilling manpower requirements across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment & selection cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Hunt, screen, and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business needs.
- Support employer branding and job posting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment & selection (corporate or consultancy).
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience (preferred).
