We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional with strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to manage our full hiring cycle and support core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Post jobs on different platforms and manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews.

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.

Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.

Assist in attendance, leave management.

Support employee relations, grievance handling, and routine HR documentation.

Prepare recruitment updates and HR reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration.

Relevant experience in HR hiring processes.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Self-driven, efficient, and well aware of HR policies and SOPs.

Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
