Job Title: HR Officer (On-Site/Bahria Phase-7 Rawalpindi)

We are seeking to hire an HR Officer to join our office located in Spring North, Bahria Phase-7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, office-based position. Applicants must have strong English communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO or call center environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles; conduct market mapping and passive candidate outreach.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, offer acceptance, and background verification.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding: orientation sessions, induction materials, system access, and buddy assignments.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Draft, review and update HR policies, handbooks, and internal circulars in line with Pakistani labor laws.
- Ensure consistent implementation of rules and policies across all departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and handle sensitive grievances through proper channels.
- Keep abreast of statutory requirements (EOBI, social security, etc.) and coordinate with legal or external consultants as needed.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage probation reviews, confirmations, contract renewals, and exit formalities (including exit interviews and final settlements).
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles: set timelines, send reminders, compile appraisal data, and assist managers with calibration sessions.
- Support development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
4. Learning & Development
- Conduct training-needs analyses and support roll-out of internal training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, or partner institutions for upskilling sessions.
- Track training attendance, feedback, and post-training effectiveness metrics.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives: surveys, town halls, team-building events, recognition programs, and DEI efforts.
- Act as a culture ambassador—champion open communication, organize pulse surveys, gather feedback, and track action-plan implementation.
- Support CSR and wellness programs (e.g., health camps, celebration of cultural events).
6. HR Systems & Analytics
- Maintain and optimize the HRMS: data integrity, user-access controls, report generation, and system upgrades.
- Develop and monitor HR dashboards and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, attrition rate, training hours, cost-per-hire).
- Support budgeting and forecasting for headcount, training spends, and HR overheads.
7. Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in salary reviews, benchmarking, salary structure design, and benefits administration.
- Liaise with payroll and accounts to ensure accurate, timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
- Research and propose new benefits or perks to boost retention and employer branding.
8. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, or conflicts; escalate to management when necessary.
- Facilitate fair and transparent resolution processes, document outcomes, and suggest preventive measures.
9. Special Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or support HR projects such as HR policy roll-outs, system implementations, and employee-survey action-plans.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced organization or BPO/agency environment.
- Technical: Proficient with HRMS/ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for metrics).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws, statutory compliance, and best-practice HR frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English and Urdu; able to draft clear policies and conduct effective orientation/training sessions.
- Interpersonal: High emotional intelligence, conflict-resolution skills, and ability to build trust across all levels.
- Analytical: Comfortable with data—able to build HR dashboards, interpret trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Time-to-Hire: Average days from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Employee Turnover: Quarterly and annual attrition rates.
- Onboarding Satisfaction: New-hire feedback scores.
- Training ROI: Post-training performance improvements and completion rates.
- HR Response Time: Average resolution time for employee queries and grievances.
