HR Executives

Are you passionate about people management and building strong teams? Join our growing organization as an HR Executive and play a key role in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Location: On-site — DHA Phase 8 Karachi
Timings: Evening Shift (Mon–Fri) 6 pm to 3 am
Salary: Market Competitive + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and candidate screening
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement and HR policies
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit procedures

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Organized, responsible, and proactive attitude
• Prior HR experience is a plus
