Job Description
As the People Exectuive at IO Digital, Karachi, you will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive organizational success. You will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee growth and engagement. This role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities to effectively manage HR recruitment, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.
Key Responsibilties

Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Track candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Assist in conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and benefits.

Assist in planning and implementation of activities and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.

Assist in manage attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation efficiently.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.

Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address queries and concerns.

Continuously evaluate HR processes for efficiency and employee experience enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Aqequate knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
