Requirements –
- Graduation or Post Graduation in HR or relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and handle confidential data with integrity
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities –
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding process: documentation, orientation scheduling, and induction coordination.
- Help manage attendance records, leave applications, and other HR operational data.
- Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically.
- Assist with drafting HR letters, internal communications, and announcements.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Coordinate with colleges and job portals for internship/job postings.
- Work on HR MIS and analytics reports as per requirements
