  • Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Onboarding & Training: Coordinate new hire orientations, facilitate induction programs, manage documentation.
  • Employee Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, prepare HR reports, manage HRMS files.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee queries, assist with policy implementation, support engagement activities.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with processing payroll and benefits administration tasks.
  • HR Projects: Support various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A keen interest in starting a career in Human Resources.
