We seek a seasoned Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and lead our sales team into new markets.

Position Overview
The HR Manager will look after all people-related work of the company. This includes hiring employees, managing HR records, handling attendance & payroll coordination, resolving employee issues, and ensuring HR rules are followed.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Hiring & Recruitment
  • Understand hiring needs of sales, CRM, project and operations teams
• Manage job portals and recruitment agencies • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and support final hiring
HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data
• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and HR documents
Employee Management
  • Handle employee queries related to HR, attendance and leave
  • Address employee complaints and discipline issues
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities
Performance & Discipline
  • Support performance review and appraisal process
  • Track employee performance and improvement actions
  • Ensure office rules, policies and code of conduct are followed
HR Policies & Reporting
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain HR reports and employee data
  • Ensure basic statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources - Preferred
Experience Required
3-7 years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR preferred
  • Experience in SME or growing organization preferred
Skills Required:
  • Good communication and people-handling skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability
  • Knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Ability to handle employees and management together
Language Requirement:
  • Hindi & English - Mandatory
  • Gujarati - Preferred
