HR Generalist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations and ensuring seamless payroll management across the organization. This position requires in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws, hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional HR services to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, commissions, deductions, and end-of-service benefits in compliance with UAE law and company policies.
  • Monitor employee leave balances and ensure proper payroll adjustments (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.).
  • Verify and reconcile employee payroll data, including attendance records, timesheets, and allowances.
  • Coordinate with Finance Department for salary transfers and ensure WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance.
  • Maintain payroll records accurately and handle payroll-related employee queries.
  • Stay updated on UAE labour law and ensure payroll practices remain compliant.

HR Data & Systems

  • Maintain and update employee records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review and records.
  • Implement and maintain accurate HR document control and filing systems.
  • Prepare letters, certificates, and HR-related documentation as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support in HR audits by providing necessary records and documentation.

Policies & Procedures

  • Contribute to the development and update of HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour law and company standards.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments and teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE, with proven expertise in HR payroll management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of UAE payroll management.

- Proven hands-on expertise in ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a MUST.

- Solid understanding of labour laws and compliance standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language (e.g. English and Arabic).
  • Personal Skills: - High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
