Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Officer who will be in charge of the Human Resources Department (HRD) and manage all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance. Knowledge with HR systems is an advantage. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR functions independently while supporting management in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the HR Department and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure company compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and government regulations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, review, and manage HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, warnings, NOCs, and certificates.
- Develop and monitor staff rosters, attendance reports, and leave management.
- Lead the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of employee performance appraisals and KPI tracking.
- Address employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and promote positive employee relations.
- Plan, organize, and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and maintain training records.
- Utilize HR systems, preferably Bayzat, to maintain updated employee profiles, manage benefits, and generate HR reports.
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning, policy implementation, and HR strategies.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer-level role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems; experience with Bayzat is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities independently.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
