As an HR Generalist you will be the backbone of our HR department, supporting both blue collar and white-collar recruitment, implementing new HR initiatives, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and excited to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage recruitment for all positions and conduct onboarding.
  • HR Operations: Maintain records, assist with policies, and address queries.
  • Employee Relations: Promote culture, resolve conflicts, and conduct check-ins.
  • Performance Management: Support appraisals, assist with training, and monitor performance.
  • HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives and support diversity efforts.

Qualifications: -

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Candidates from Engineering background are encouraged to apply

- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing company.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
