HR Generalist

Kuala, India

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Support performance appraisal and training initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee records.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a core HR role
  • Male or Female candidates can apply

Candidates with strong practical exposure to HR functions will be given preference
