Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records and employee files.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Administer leave management, attendance, and HRMS systems.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR softw
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
