HR Generalist

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR records and employee files.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Administer leave management, attendance, and HRMS systems.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR softw

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
