HR Generalist

Job Summary:

The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with UAE Labour Laws. This role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and training & development, while acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Manage onboarding process, including contracts, orientation, and documentation.

Employee Relations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support initiatives to boost employee engagement and workplace culture.

Compensation & Payroll

  • Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reports.
  • Ensure timely updates of employee benefits, visas, and other statutory requirements.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops as per business needs.
  • Assist in performance reviews and development plans.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
  • Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and PRO coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of HR experience in UAE (preferably in construction/fit-out/advertising industry).
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
