Designation: Senior Executive - HR Generalist
Reporting to: HR Senior Manager
Job location: Chembur, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
○ Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and policy introduction.
○ Oversee offboarding for departing employees, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth transitions.
○ Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documents per company policies.
○ Draft and issue official letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, project completion letters, performance improvement plans (PIPs), salary revisions, contract extensions, and recovery letters.
○ Ensure consistent updates to the HRMS portal with accurate and complete employee data.
○ Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
.
○ Assist in managing payroll processes by ensuring all payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.
○ Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary and benefit disbursements.
○ Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to create development plans.
○ Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
○ Work closely with the Learning and Development team to drive employee growth initiatives.
○ Manage employee queries through the HR service desk tool, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
○ Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee records and company information.
○ Compile and generate reports on key HR metrics such as hiring, terminations, promotions, absences, and turnover rates.
○ Provide actionable insights to senior management to drive decision-making.
○ Handle employee grievances effectively and in a timely manner.
○ Organize staff events, team-building activities, and engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
○ Build and maintain relationships with internal clients (department heads and team leads) to support HR operations and staffing needs.
○ Actively contribute across HR functions, including onboarding, training, HRMS management, talent acquisition, retention, and cultural initiatives.
○ Identify and drive new initiatives to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a mid-sized company in an HR Generalist role with a focus on employee relations, HRMS management, and documentation.
● Skills:
○ Proficiency in HRMS platforms and HR service desk tools.
○ In-depth knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
○ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Hindi and English.
○ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
○ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
○ Self-starting attitude with a willingness to identify and drive new initiatives.
○ Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively.
