1. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Collect, verify, and calculate attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure accuracy of salary components including Basic, DA, HRA, allowances, and incentives.
- Handle new joiners’ and resignations’ payroll, including full and final settlements.
- Coordinate with the Finance department for disbursement of salaries.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, LWF, and Professional Tax.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns and challans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and government regulations related to payroll.
- Liaise with government bodies or auditors for inspections or queries.
3. Employee Data & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and payroll software.
- Manage attendance systems, biometric reports, and leave registers.
- Prepare payslips, salary statements, and reports as required by management.
4. Audits & Reports
- Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
- Generate and analyze monthly payroll reports for management review.
- Reconcile payroll data with financial statements.
5. Coordination & Support
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding formalities related to payroll.
- Support HR functions like employee benefits administration and insurance coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
