HR Generalist :
Experience: 1-4 Years
1.Support the entire Onboarding cycle for New Hires, preparation of Appointment letters & Induction program.
2.Maintaining Employee records & Database and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3.Maintaining MIS.
4.Conducting one-to-one reviews, using various feedback mechanisms.
5.Assisting in Organizations Engagement activities and events to promote positive work culture & Employee Satisfaction Surveys, sending invite to team members and ensuring participations.
6.Preparing daily plan & timesheets to ensure productivity of teammates are adhered.
7.Contribute to the development and improvement of HR Policies, procedure & process.
8.Improving the brand of the company and bringing positivity across ORG.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹781,156.47 per year
