Responsibilities:

• Define and Refine Hiring Funnel
• Standardize New Hire Onboarding Experience
• Manage Employee Agreements, Training, Performance & Goal, Feedback
• Champion Workplace Safety, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
• Payroll, Benefits, Tax and Compliance Management
• Ambassador Company's Mission at Corporate Events & Expos

Requirements:

• Understanding of Applicant Tracking System and Human Resource Management Software
• Knowledgeable of Labor, Registrar of Companies, Income Tax laws
• MBA Human Resource or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of experience as a HR is preferred
