Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with at least 1 year of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction formalities.
• Maintain and process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave records.
• Handle employee queries, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Support in performance management and appraisal coordination.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English (mandatory)or English and Telugu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
