Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for payroll sheets).
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
  • Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and benefits programs accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and staff.
  • Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement, policy updates, and organizational development
