About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Professional to join our growing team at Al Lokrit Group. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee engagement, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.

You’ll play a key role in building a positive, efficient, and growth-oriented workplace culture that supports our employees and aligns with the company’s values.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.

● Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.

● Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and visa documentation in coordination with PRO and management.

● Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.

● Handle performance reviews, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.

● Support training, performance development, and staff welfare initiatives.

● Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.

● Contribute to HR planning, retention strategies, and continuous improvement of internal processes.

● Prepare and present monthly HR reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 4–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within trading, wholesale, or retail sectors in the UAE.

● Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR compliance.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

● Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
