We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the full employee lifecycle, conducting recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, administering benefits and handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


Requirements

  • 2:3 years of experience
  • Ex marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is plus!
