Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all Indian states, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour regulations.
  • Handle Project-based and Contract Labour Management, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance department for salary processing.
  • Support recruitment and selection activities as per manpower requirements.
  • Work closely with management to implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
