We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in Payroll and Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee records, ensure accurate payroll processing, and lead the full recruitment cycle to support the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and timely payment.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Handle full recruitment cycle — from job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and forecast manpower needs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle employee queries professionally.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Payroll and Recruitment (experience in Qatar preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or ERP is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
