We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent while supporting general HR operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, creative, and support roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate assessment rounds, test assignments, and technical evaluations.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
- Draft job descriptions and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding schedules, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Partner with universities for recruitment drives, internship batches, and fresh graduate hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT, gaming, or tech preferred).
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
