Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Senior HR Generalist who can operate independently and manage end-to-end HR functions across multiple offices, including Township, DHA, and Garden Town. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, HR data analytics, HRIS, and organizational development.

Initially, this role will be individual-contributor-based; however, as part of the efficiency improvement project, the selected candidate will later lead a small team comprising a Payroll Executive and a Performance Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all HR operational activities independently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits administration, payroll processing, and related HR financial data management.
  • Lead and manage the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback processes.
  • Develop and implement Training & Development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for business and workforce decisions.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS and digital record-keeping systems for accurate reporting and employee lifecycle management.
  • Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance culture, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for multiple office locations and ensure effective communication across sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in the software or technology industry).
  • Strong command over HR operations, analytics, and modern HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to work night shift (4 PM – 1 AM) to align with global business operations.
