Job Summary:

The Senior HR Specialist will play a key role in managing and enhancing HR operations at Al-Haadi Mobilya’s Lahore branch. This role is responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to management and supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, resolving HR-related issues effectively.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Performance Management & HR Processes

  • Support performance evaluation processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Support audits and HR-related inspections as required.

Training & Development Support

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.
  • Track employee development initiatives and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
