About the Role
Universal Adviser is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales and immigration hiring, along with core HR generalist responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organised, and confident in managing hiring targets in a fast-paced environment while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Mandatory Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales-driven roles, including:
- Immigration Consultants
- Sales Consultants
- Counsellors / Advisors
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring for sales profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, share interview details, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and pipeline data.
HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and induction of new joiners.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.
- Support confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, resignation acceptance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for HR-related employee queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Coordinate with team leaders on people-related matters.
- Help maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, with mandatory sales hiring exposure.
- Experience in immigration, tele sales, BPO, or inside sales hiring preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant channels.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and tight timelines.
- Organised, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

- Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
