Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations covering recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities
  • Coordinate manpower planning with operations and department heads to meet business requirements
  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and joining formalities
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, HR policies, warning letters, and termination documents
  • Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company and legal standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules in coordination with operations and payroll teams
  • Support payroll by validating attendance, leave balances, deductions, and new joiner data
  • Coordinate with PRO/Government Relations for visas, work permits, medicals, ID processing, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies
  • Assist in probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes
  • Organize HR inductions, training coordination, and policy awareness sessions
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment status
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Arabic nationality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
