Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations covering recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities
- Coordinate manpower planning with operations and department heads to meet business requirements
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and joining formalities
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, HR policies, warning letters, and termination documents
- Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company and legal standards
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules in coordination with operations and payroll teams
- Support payroll by validating attendance, leave balances, deductions, and new joiner data
- Coordinate with PRO/Government Relations for visas, work permits, medicals, ID processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies
- Assist in probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes
- Organize HR inductions, training coordination, and policy awareness sessions
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment status
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Arabic nationality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
