Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll support tasks.

- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation cycles.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR communications.

- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within Factories.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
