Ebridge Technology Private Limited is located in Gulberg Greens Islamabad is seeking a talented and motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic and growing team.
Requirements:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding:-
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture. Process employee off-boarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
Employee Relations and Engagement:-
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and motivated workforce.
Performance Management:-
Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Compliance and Policy Management:-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook as needed. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
Training and Development:-
Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs for employees' skill enhancement. Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both in-house and through external providers.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:-
Assist in managing employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries related to benefits. Support the annual compensation review process and provide recommendations for salary adjustments and also generate employee payrolls.
HR Data Management and Reporting:-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system. Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
