About the Role:

The People Operations Associate will play a critical role in building and sustaining an exceptional employee experience at Edge. This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, compliance, people programs, and culture, supporting a globally distributed workforce across multiple regions. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth people processes from onboarding through offboarding, while partnering closely with leadership, recruiting, and finance to support Edge’s growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end people operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and lifecycle changes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies for Pakistan, while supporting global standards
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and files
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs and changes
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experience
  • Support performance management cycles, employee feedback processes, and people programs
  • Assist in creating, updating, and documenting HR policies, SOPs, and people processes
  • Prepare HR reports and track people metrics such as headcount, attrition, and compliance
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, preferably in a fast-growing company
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance practices
  • Experience working with HR systems, employee records, and payroll coordination
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a plus
