HR Generalist

Job Brief:


The candidate selected for this position will be Responsible for end to end recruitment, which includes getting requisition from the particular department; Setting up job description with respect to the position; routing position on various hiring platforms; managing insurance-related matters, operating HR portals, This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with legal requirements, Employee’s attendance relevant quires handling roster management, Line manager rights, leaves management system, etc.


Job Description:


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • End to end recruitment experience of bulk hiring specially sales force.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Following the deadlines of each positions and making sure to keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated along with Excel sheets, in case of replacements in near future the database always helps.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Draft and manage all kinds of HR letters including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and experience letters.
  • Maintain a complete record of employee correspondence in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely issuance of letters and official HR documentation.


Job Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR, PeopleSoft, HCM, MIHCM.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Must have hands on experience of working in fast paced environment.
  • Qualification: Graduate OR BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-4 Years work experience.
