HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role acts as a key point of contact between employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring coordination
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Manage attendance, leave requests, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
