HR GENERALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on HR experience and in-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle LMRA processes (visa applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations)
  • Manage GOSI registration and employee updates

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
  • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance
  • Handle disciplinary actions and documentation
  • Support performance management processes

Payroll & Administration Support

  • Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, final settlements)
  • Ensure compliance with WPS requirements
  • Maintain leave records and attendance tracking

HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR reports for management
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, and GOSI regulations
  • Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Must be able to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-industry or fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
