HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: DHA, Karachi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The role will involve assisting with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and other administrative HR tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in HR to gain hands-on experience and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager in recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in managing attendance and leaves.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
