Position – HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for assisting in large and small scale projects as well as owning portions of the recruitment and onboarding process. A passion for employee engagement and a high attention to detail will make the perfect candidate successful in this role.

The following job description is not inclusive of all job responsibilities:

• Onboarding new hires
• Tracking employee certifications and requirements
• Assisting with building training or presentations for employees
• Assisting managers with employee concerns
• Managing small projects
• Building reports and reviews for C-suite executives
• Completing reports for payroll, labor hours, staffing models
• Administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and filing
• Manage IT equipment

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a federal background check through the Department of Human Services (Violent/Sexual/Predatory charges and/or convictions will result in denial of background check)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Empathy and the ability to work with people in distress
• Administrative background or basic HR experience required
• Experience in screening and interviewing candidates
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including excel)
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings strongly preferred
• Associates degree or above strongly preferred but not required with relevant experience
• Experience with UKG, iCIMS, and HealthStream strongly preferred but not required

Salary: $25-30 per hour

Schedule: M-F, day shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
